About The Position

The Maintenance Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation
of our production equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods of time, use hands and fingers to handle orders, pressroom equipment, tools, and/or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, communicate and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety shoes and hearing protection are required in this position.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of production equipment
• Assist tear down of production equipment
• Assist in evaluation of all parts associated with tear down
• Assist in recommending parts to be changed after inspection of equipment
• Assist in reassemble of production equipment with new parts
• Document all work related activities
• Other duties may be assigned.
