About The Position

a member of our Maintenance Department responsible for providing mechanical maintenance support for plant facilities and equipment. This will be a 2nd or 3rd shift position. Wages between $32-36/hr based on experience. Additional Paid Relief Days, $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS, this position is eligible for other incentives.

Requirements

Basic math skills
Attention to detail
Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to work any shift
High School Diploma or GED required
Millwright apprenticeship program required
Machining background required
Fabrication experience required
Must be capable of lifting and handling 50 lbs
Will be exposed to seasonal temperature changes
Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration

Nice To Haves

Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus
Welding skills a plus

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery
Reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches,
Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies
Welding, brazing and cutting, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, oxy-fuel
General plant maintenance
Perform department duties as needed
