About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic position at Conagra Brands involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and production equipment at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant. Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical drive/control systems relating to production and facilities equipment maintenance.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Mechanical skills used to troubleshoot equipment are required.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• 2 years of basic computer experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 1 year of current work history in the past 4 months with no break.
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Handle all preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Work with systems such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, chillers, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other industrial productive equipment.
• Meet attendance requirements and work overtime as needed.
• Communicate using a radio and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Walk short distances as part of the job duties.
• Work within multiple disciplines of maintenance.
• Respond to sound alerts from equipment.
