About The Position

Complete Building Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to for a facility in NW, Washington, DC. Must be able to provide coverage Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Salary $25.00 per hour, plus overtime if required. The typical day will go something like this: Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis: Conduct daily building/equipment tours Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance
• Computer skills a must
• Flexible to working between 6am and 6pm
• Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
• Must be familiar with steam operations, pumps, AHU's, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, ballast, etc.
• Dependable and reliable
