What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500) Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree or certification in a technical trade or maintenance-related field
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience (required)
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (bending, climbing, crawling)
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
  • Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and confined spaces

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste
  • Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
