About The Position
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with strong experience in automation, controls, and PLC/HMI troubleshooting to keep our production lines running smoothly. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and vital to ensuring uptime, safety, and quality in our facility.
Requirements
- 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing (or trade school equivalent)
- Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude with proven PLC and automation experience
- Knowledge of three-phase electrical, controls, and industrial machinery
- Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and cross-train across different equipment
Nice To Haves
- Roll forming equipment experience
- LOTO, confined space, and forklift training
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Work directly with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and building systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Support facility needs, including welding, plumbing, and general repairs
- Document maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards
