About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the production equipment and plant facility in a conscientious and reliable manner, consistent with Company standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have 3 or more years of related experience.
Two years or more Technical School education preferred.
PLC skills.
Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical & electro - mechanical systems.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, comprehend and interpret written instructions and procedures, business correspondence, reports and schedules.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations, using a ten-key, calculator and computer.
REASONING ABILITYRequires the ability to independently define problems, collect data, establish facts and solve practical problems.
Must be able to apply common sense when problem solving.
Must be able to apply routine protocols as well as identify when the routines do not apply in a specific situation.
The position requires the ability to develop priorities and adjust work plans to meet deadlines.
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand for a prolonged time, walk, and sit.
The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; and extreme cold.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
