Shift Information First Shift/Days - 5:00am - 5:00pm 3/2/2 Schedule (Work 3 days on, 2 days off, work 2 days) - 12 hour shifts Must be willing to work overtime Occasional weekend shifts required

Requirements

HS Diploma /GED or equivalent
1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using our proven tracking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
