About The Position

Skilled Manufacturing Direct Hire A leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising and distributing products for industrial, commercial and retail markets. Maintenance Mechanic - rotating shifts 8 hr Monday thru Friday some week-end work Maintenance Mechanic - Mon - Friday straight shifts 1st - 2nd - 3rd Base pay is $26.00 + shift differential

Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three years related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requirement to possess, or obtain, an Associate’s Degree, Millwright or Journeyman card in a related field to remain in the department
• Mechanic must demonstrate the ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical and electrical drawings, maintenance procedures and manuals, company policies and safety rules
• Mechanic must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
