You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas: Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment from drawings and schematics. Identify failing components and replace parts. Lead projects and provide autonomous support for shift needs. Perform preventative maintenance tasks and use good judgment on equipment functionality. Perform proper installation, maintenance, and adjustments of various machinery and components in the facility including conveyors, packaging equipment, pneumatic systems, robotic operations, and automation processes in general. Troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment and machinery with or without the aid of blueprints, operations manuals, or schematics. 1st shift (6:45am - 3:00 pm)

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical maintenance hand tools and shop equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical technical equipment (ie: micrometers, calipers, gauges, multi-meter, etc.)
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot automated processes and equipment.
  • Familiarity with Ammonia Systems used in Freezer applications
