About The Position

At our Quincy, MI facility, we proudly produce Hebrew National Hot Dogs , known for their premium quality and kosher standards. We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Perform preventative maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery and production equipment . Handle repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Work with systems including: Pumps Motors Gearboxes Conveyors Chillers Pneumatics Hydraulics Other industrial production equipment Operate within multiple disciplines of maintenance , adapting to the needs of the facility. Respond to sound alerts from equipment and communicate effectively via radio . Walk short distances throughout the plant to perform tasks and inspections. Maintain excellent attendance , work the required shift , and be available for overtime as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in hydraulics , pneumatics , mechanical and electrical drive/ control systems relating to production and facilities equipment maintenance
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Mechanical skills used to trouble-shoot equipment is required
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• 2 years of basic computer
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and Must have at least 1 year of current work history in the past 4 months with no break
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds
• Wear all required PPE
