Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd & 3rd Shift Quick Facts - Location: Decatur Facility - Decatur, IL - Pay: $35.81/hr - Schedule: Full-time, 2nd & 3rd shift; overtime as needed - Employment type: Full-time, hourly Summary We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support 2nd and 3rd shift operations. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, precision machine repair, and maintenance on CNC equipment and plant systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Mechanic experience.
• CNC machine repair experience.
• Ability to complete weld test.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use precision measurement and diagnostic tools.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial Arts degree or certificate.
• Precision machine repair experience.
• Pipefitting or machine repairman experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding repairs.
• Install, modify, and maintain piping and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions from drawings and schematics.
• Use precision measurement tools and laser alignment systems.
• Fabricate and weld components as needed.
• Safely rig, hoist, move, and position equipment.
