Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS. Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures. Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance. Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years). Work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE (safety glasses, earplugs, safety-toed boots. Strong mechanical skills and aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills Written and verbal communication skills Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
