About The Position
Complete Building Services (CBS), a building operations and facilities maintenance company and a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Hanover, MD. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing on assigned equipment.
Requirements
- Three to five (3-5) years experience in basic maintenance of electrical systems (lights and ballast), chillers, painting, drywall, plumbing, exhaust fans, AHU filters, fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilets, and fan-coil units
- Experience with fire alarm panels
- Three to Five (3-5) years of Commercial building experience
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work occasional over time as necessary
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability for on-call emergencies
Responsibilities
- Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast
- Tours/logs/run chillers
- Painting and drywall
- Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans
- Change AHU filters
- Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units
- Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
