About The Position

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations Accurately use measurement and test equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork Work independently as well as part of a team Follow all safety rules and practices Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Requirements

MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher
Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
Strong troubleshooting skills
Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics
Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer

Nice To Haves

Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
