Your Role at KIK The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role performs routine inspections, mechanical repairs, line changeovers, and basic plumbing and pneumatic work. The technician supports continuous production by identifying equipment issues, completing repairs in a timely manner, and communicating concerns to plant leadership while adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards. This is a 3rd shift position Monday-Friday with the hours of 9:00pm-5:30am and OT needed as required.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment
- Performing routine inspections
- Performing mechanical repairs
- Performing line changeovers
- Performing basic plumbing and pneumatic work
- Identifying equipment issues
- Completing repairs in a timely manner
- Communicating concerns to plant leadership
- Adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards
