Reporting to the Maintenance Leader the Packaging Mechanic is responsible for performing planned preventative & condition-based maintenance. As directed by Maintenance Leadership the Packaging Mechanic will complete planned improvements and maintenance project work. Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Week 1 OFF ON ON OFF OFF ON ONWeek 2 ON OFF OFF ON ON OFF OFF WHAT YOU WILL DO This position reports directly to the Maintenance Leader and plays a key role in executing preventative maintenance and loss prevention activities. The role is supported by the broader Maintenance Organization, including R&M Leads, Planners, Stockroom Personnel, and the Maintenance Manager. It requires regular interaction with Operations colleagues and Leadership to ensure maintenance efforts align with production needs and operational priorities. Additionally, the position interfaces with Engineering as directed by the M&R Leader and works closely with the MRO Stores team and Maintenance Planners to update and improve preventative maintenance documentation. This includes developing optimized PMs that may incorporate parts kitting to enhance efficiency and reliability.
