About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to support our Production Facility in Poynette, Wisconsin. If you are a self-starter who is looking for variety in your work, and a rewarding career, apply today!
Pay Rate: $28.44-31.59/hr + $1/10/hr shift premium + $5000 sign-on bonus. This position is also eligible for our quarterly bonus program
Shift Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 11pm – 7am

Requirements

• Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, and ability to troubleshoot electrical devices
• Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic, mechanical maintenance
• Understanding of basic punch tooling in a production setting
• Basic computer skills, including email usage and internet navigation
• Background in Industrial Maintenance (2+ years)
• Experience or education in electrical maintenance
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment
• Able to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, a variety of diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and associated electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Performing preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including robots, ovens, conveyors, tapers, machine tooling, etc.
• Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts
• Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs
