About The Position

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to be responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe and efficient manner. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly. A successful Maintenance Mechanic will support organizational efficiency while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify materials.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to pass a Hazmat exam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and handling equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow all required safety practices, including lock-out/tag-out procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
