Requirements
- Prior experience in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Precision measurement & alignment experience
- Hydraulic/pneumatic repair
- Welding/basic fabrication
- Solid problem‑solving and independence
- Must pass drug and background check
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot/repair gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics & pneumatics
- Perform precision alignment, bearing installs & tight‑tolerance repairs
- Support overhauls, shutdowns & emergency breakdowns
- Conduct RCA & improve PM/PdM programs
- Follow strict safety standards (LOTO, confined space, guarding)
