About The Position

As a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production equipment, facility, and fleet operating safely and efficiently. What you will be doing Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, facility systems, and fleet vehicles Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment Complete emergency and scheduled repairs in a safe and timely manner Maintain accurate work orders and inventory of tools and parts Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues Use hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Uphold a high level of professionalism and clear communication

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, machinery, and fleet maintenance
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a production or warehouse setting
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 168 lbs) regularly
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear
  • Strong communication skills to relay issues and coordinate with vendors and team members
  • Organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules
  • Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for fleet-related tasks

Responsibilities
