Requirements
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (required)
- Solid electrical and mechanical background
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Experience in manufacturing or automated environments
- Someone who takes ownership and works independently
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and working with equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Allen Bradley controls experience is a plus!!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing automated production equipment in real time
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues
- Working directly with PLC systems (Allen Bradley experience is a strong plus)
- Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Supporting equipment upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement
- Partnering with production to keep operations running efficiently
