Requirements

• Mechanical ability
• Experience in mechanical
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• At least 2 years of experience in food, beverage, or other comparable packaging and production equipment and machines.

Nice To Haves

• Technical school training preferred but not required
• Welding experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service and repairs of production equipment and machines.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Document tasks performed as required on work orders, PMs, work logs, or otherwise required.
• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.
