About The Position

The Mechanic III, in conjunction with the Mechanic Lead, is responsible for maintaining uptime of the Utility Systems and any/all Electrical and Mechanical equipment, for the safety and comfort of the Patients, Guests, and Staff. The Mechanic III must have the skill set and composure to bring together team members to perform urgent repairs, PM's, and maintain work order status. The Mechanic III will substitute for the Mechanic Lead in his absence.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• 5 Years of Experience.
• Ability to apply advanced electrical theory.
• Competent in mentoring and training subordinates.
• Completion of pertinent technical and vocational training.
• Comprehensive understanding of major mechanical equipment and systems.
• California Driver's License required (if applicable).

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree.
• 10+ Years of Experience.
• HVAC Licensed.
• Electrician Licensed.
• Licensed Plumber.
