About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic II role performs advanced duties in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and mechanical fields to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees. Responds to maintenance emergencies, performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Two years trade school or equivalent training and experience required.
• State license as a Boiler Operator 3rd or 4th class (or Stationary Steam Engineer), or State licensure as Journeyman Electrician, Journeyman Plumber, or HVAC certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Two years of related experience required.
