About The Position

This is a full-time position requiring work from 8am to 4:30pm. The role involves preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure the physical structure and equipment are maintained in a reliable and economical operating condition. The individual will be responsible for responding quickly to any internal disaster and will take charge at the scene until relieved by competent authority. Additionally, the position requires adherence to budget restraints when ordering and using parts and materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of building mechanical maintenance experience or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Ten (10) years of experience in hospital maintenance work.
