The role requires the use of power tools and hand tools to make adjustments and repairs as needed. Responsibilities also include reading meters and gauges, operating building automation controls, providing electrical maintenance service, and carrying out a preventative maintenance program. The position may involve small project work and requires the ability to respond to mechanical breakdowns or emergencies.
