About The Position

Your days will be filled with variety as you work from blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Trade or Technical School preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to interpret setup sheets,
• SOPs, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret basic blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work from blueprints, schematics, specifications, and manuals using various tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Inspect equipment and facilities, reporting potential issues to supervisors.
• Perform metal fabrication (welding, drilling, milling, tapping, turning steel) to meet plant needs.
• Maintain records of work performed and reports as required.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of work areas and equipment.
• Execute miscellaneous maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
