The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for performing general facility maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixtures, assisting with safety-related repairs, etc. Also assists with preventative maintenance, repairs, and maintaining machinery. Kurt is looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance Mechanic who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, notices the small details, and can troubleshoot issues before they become problems. They work well independently, stay organized, and care about doing quality work safely and efficiently. This person enjoys fixing, maintaining, and improving equipment someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proud to see their work make a difference every day.
