About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this role, you'll ensure that plant equipment and utilities operate efficiently and remain compliant with all state and federal regulations, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Requirements

• High School Diploma, Trade School, or equivalent.
• Ability to identify replacement parts using manuals and resources.
• Basic math and computer skills (MS Office, SAP experience preferred).
• Understanding and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (Blenders, Sifters, Mills, Printing Machines, Dust Collectors, Tablet Dedusters, Packaging Equipment).
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and OSHA regulations.
• English proficiency at Basic A2 level (CEFR).
• Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments.

Nice To Haves

• Black Seal Boiler License and HVAC Certification.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control diagrams.
• Welding and plumbing skills (including sweating copper tubing).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting via Building Management System.
• Familiarity with compressed air/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to fabricate sheet metal guards and simple replacement parts.
• Experience with medium-level equipment (Compression Machines, High Shear Mixers, Film Coaters, Capsule Fillers).
• Electrical and control troubleshooting using instrumentation (e.g., multimeter).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance in accordance with cGMP standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Complete non-routine tasks as needed to support production goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation for PMs, breakdowns, and usage logs.
• Follow all company safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with improvements and maintenance across site operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
