Maintenance Mechanic Electrical A ($36.50-$40.00) - Signing Bonus
About The Position
Following all safety rules and practices; Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels; Performing emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations; Accurately using measurement and test equipment; Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed; Maintain clean and organized work area, and cleaning up work area as part of completing assigned tasks; Accurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance records and other paperwork; Trouble-shooting and solving problems; Maintaining teamwork with other associates; and Performing other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
- Requires strong electrical and mechanical skills and aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Written and verbal communications skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
- Well rounded electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience
- Ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team
- Must be willing to work OT including Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics
- Post High School training preferred
- Corrugated Industry Maintenance experience preferred
