About The Position

Ultradent, the global name in oral health, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. The position requires working hours from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties every 3 weekends.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and technical problem solving
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Good working knowledge of machine controls, sensors, and actuators
• Methodical problem solving approach
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical power, hydraulic and compressed air systems
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance activities
• Provide technical assistance to Engineering and production teams
• Accurately and safely repair, and troubleshoot production machinery
• Assist in technical aspects of changeovers
• Assist with other manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair as needed
• Complete documentation as needed
