About the role ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Shift/Working Hours 10PM - 6AM - Overtime when needed Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety. This requires observing and enforcing safety rules and practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe behavior, which may lead to accidents. Continually endorse the Quality & Food Safety Policies, assure conformance to all requirements of the Quality & Food Safety Management Systems, & take action to properly report failures of these systems to site management. GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsible for supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in the coordination and/or execution of activities within the Maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
