About The Position

The position involves reading and interpreting blueprints for all equipment used throughout the plant. The individual will be responsible for repairing, rebuilding, or overhauling all equipment, and must understand and utilize Mack's ISO Policies and Procedures. The role requires interfacing with production supervisors and engineers to solve production problems, servicing plant equipment, and understanding, repairing, and servicing robotics. Additionally, the individual will serve as an electrician for the repair or installation of equipment.

Requirements

• Communicate with vendors & contractors on all rated needs & quotes.
• Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas.
• Work as a team player.
• Must possess a Mack forklift license.
• High School Diploma, GED, High School Equivalency Certificate, Vocational/Technical Training, Professional Certifications, Military Service, Skills Based Requirements or Relevant Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Read & interpret blueprints on all equipment used throughout the plant.
• Repair, rebuild, or overhaul all equipment used throughout the plant.
• Understand and use Mack's ISO Policies and Procedures.
• Interface with production supervisors & engineers to solve production problems.
• Service plant equipment by knowing how to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understand, repair, and service robotics.
• Serve as an electrician in repair of or installation of equipment.
