The ideal candidate will uphold company standards through diligent maintenance practices and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Completion of a technical school program (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
  • Solid understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Initiate and test equipment post-repair to verify proper operation
  • Accurately document maintenance activities and complete work orders in a timely fashion
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues across various plant systems
  • Perform regular inspections and implement testing procedures to ensure equipment integrity
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks
  • Monitor inventory of spare parts and report usage levels
  • Execute additional duties assigned to support plant operations
