About The Position

The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance department, overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of the company's facilities. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure that all machinery is maintained to required standards and that maintenance procedures are effectively implemented.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance.
  • Previous managerial experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, encoders, sensors, electrical systems, welding, and machining.
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
  • Track expenses and manage the maintenance budget.
  • Ensure that all machinery is maintained and operating to required standards.
  • Create and implement effective maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Plan and manage repair and installation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures across the department.
  • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
  • Document daily progress and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies, and place orders as needed.
