About The Position
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. As a Maintenance Manager at JELD-WEN, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, production equipment and machinery. This role will primarily focus on sawmill machinery and production lines. You will supervise and coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain the equipment and machinery in the plant. This position plays a key role in ensuring that JELD-WEN's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are implemented. You will report directly to the Plant Manager.
