About The Position
The Maintenance Manager is a pivotal role within our facility, directly reporting to the Plant Manager. This position is responsible for leading all maintenance functions to achieve operational excellence through proactive maintenance strategies, automation investments, and strong leadership of a unionized workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, robust mechanical and electrical knowledge, and proven ability to coach and engage teams effectively.
