About The Position
Novolex® is a leader in packaging innovation, choice and sustainability. We manufacture products in paper, plastic and sustainable materials for the food, retail, health and industrial markets. The Maintenance Manager will ensure maintenance employees are properly trained and following safe work practices and procedures, maintain compliance to all GMP Food Safety requirements, and provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance Team. This role involves overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance of plant assets, managing departmental costs, and coordinating plant projects.
