Maintenance Manager

About The Position

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations and maintain all machinery to ensure it operates at all working standards. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Create and implement maintenance procedures and conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve problems. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures and assign repair schedules to evaluate and implement repair cost estimates and processes. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, facility management, engineering, manufacturing, or a relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of building trades, maintenance, health and safety regulations and practices, team leading, and organizational systems
Five to ten or more years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory field
Ability to operate appropriate Windows and Oracle software
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
