Maintenance Manager
About The Position
C&W Services, a sister company of Cushman & Wakefield and an industry leader in Integrated Maintenance Solutions, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of its operations at a specified City, State location. This leadership role involves managing maintenance and facility support activities, with a strong emphasis on Preventative and Predictive Maintenance of Conveyor Systems. The manager will be responsible for safety programs, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy enforcement, budget management, and profit and loss for the facility. The position also requires ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, interacting with clients, and maintaining performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field
- Minimum of five years experience in maintenance management
- Experience managing teams performing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Nice To Haves
- Experience in supervision, planning / scheduling, and estimating
- Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification
