About The Position

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all hospital facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. This role requires HFM (Hospital Facility Management) training and a proven track record in managing hospital maintenance teams in a dynamic and mission-critical environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for medical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations, infection control protocols, and U.S. Air Force facility standards. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the condition of hospital infrastructure, identifying areas requiring repair, replacement, or improvement. Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities. Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, procurement, and inventory for spare parts and equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance records, work orders, and reports in accordance with HFM standards. Ensure readiness of emergency systems, backup power, HVAC, and medical gas systems critical to hospital operations. EDUCATION & EXPDERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital maintenance or facility management. HFM (Hospital Facility Management) training/certification required. Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and emergency power systems. Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors in high-security or operational environments. Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment specifications. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred) Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. TRAVEL: 100%, in deployed location. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • HFM (Hospital Facility Management) training/certification required
