About The Position

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining and improving the tools, equipment, and systems that power our manufacturing process. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge across all areas of plant and equipment maintenance, including production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blowers, exhaust systems, plumbing, power supply, and air compressors
  • Solid understanding of supervisory and leadership principles, with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage work assignments while effectively addressing personnel issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional trade, technical, or college-level studies strongly valued
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in equipment maintenance supervision, with proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear direction, collaboration, and reporting
