This position leads the Maintenance Department with a focus on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, food safety compliance, and the development of maintenance technicians. Maintenance Managers partner closely with the Site Leader and cross‑functional bakery teams to meet daily production schedules, drive continuous improvement, and support long‑term operational performance. They help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem‑solving while upholding Klosterman’s SQF, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
