About The Position

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment? C&W Services is seeking a strong maintenance leader to oversee all maintenance and facility support operations at our Obetz location. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager with deep experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, particularly within conveyor-driven environments. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead safety, reliability, and performance across the site while developing your team and ensuring alignment with both company and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience
• Proven success in supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating
• Strong experience supporting conveyor systems (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with robotic systems and automation maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all maintenance operations.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs and standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing operational needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members to support engagement and skill growth.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability for the site.
• Ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs, process improvement, and operational reliability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and customer policies.
• Track and report key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
