Reporting to plant leadership, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining and repairing production line equipment and rolling stock, including loaders, lift trucks, mechanical systems, PLCs, electric motors and controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyors. This role oversees preventive maintenance activities, responds to equipment issues, troubleshoots and repairs systems using diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications, and coordinates with internal teams and external vendors. The position also includes assigning work, training maintenance personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
