About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance strategy, and day-to-day leadership of the maintenance team while partnering closely with Operations to support production and safety goals.

Requirements

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience is a plus.
Strong electrical and industrial electronic troubleshooting skills, including CNC controls.
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support maintenance team in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems on CNC machines, automated equipment, and other metalworking equipment.
Support preventative and predictive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Support with Hypro’s EAM CMMS software including work order tracking, PM schedules, and asset history.
Develop and support with maintaining & managing Hypro’s spare parts and inventory strategy to support uptime while controlling costs.
Oversee facility maintenance activities, equipment moves, and plant electrical systems.
Identify reliability improvement opportunities and support capital planning and equipment upgrades.
Manage maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and performance.
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective action as needed.
