About The Position

Jensen Infrastructure is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment safety, reliability, and performance while driving preventative maintenance programs that support plant uptime and productivity. You’ll lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals, oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, and partner closely with plant leadership to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Preventative & Predictive Maintenance • Leading and continuously improving preventative and predictive maintenance programs, including PM schedules, documentation, KPIs, and condition monitoring for critical equipment Repair & Maintenance Operations • Overseeing and supporting repairs of plant machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and coordinating parts and materials • Ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and aligned with plant priorities Leadership & Team Development • Leading, training, and developing maintenance personnel, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback • Managing key people processes including hiring, training, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper equipment use Projects, Cost & Continuous Improvement • Managing maintenance budgets, forecasting, and capital project support • Recommending and implementing cost-effective repairs, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, productivity, and safety Installations & Contractor Management • Overseeing equipment selection, installation, and commissioning using a life-cycle approach • Coordinating vendors and contractors while ensuring safe, organized installation activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, including preventative maintenance programs
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CMMS or EAM systems
  • Experience supervising, training, and leading maintenance teams
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and equipment diagrams
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, equipment installations, and vendor coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify KPIs, and make sound decisions
  • Working knowledge of plant safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to PLCs, VFDs, process controls, CAD design, or similar technical systems
