Requirements

• Experience working with a fleet of 100+ vehicles
• Must have a minimum three (3) years experience in a garage with at least three (3) mechanics
• Must have at least four (4) ASEs to include: brakes, automatic transmission/transaxle, heating and a/c, and performance diagnostics
• Leadership and teamwork qualities to best facilitate cooperation within department

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Dossier preferred
• CDL license preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs activities related to diagnosing, rebuilding and repairing vehicles and equipment
• Examines vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions
• Performs or directs the performance of routine and scheduled maintenance services, including changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Repairs and services vehicle air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling and electrical system
