What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a driven, energetic, and outgoing Maintenance Manager to lead preventative and daily maintenance across our facility. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver with prior management experience who enjoys keeping equipment running at peak performance. What We Offer Pay: Competitive, based on experience and skills Schedule: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of management experience
- 3–5 years of preventative maintenance experience
- Knowledge of metalworking industry equipment and processes
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or remain in one position for extended periods
- Ability to work in hot or cold conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead the Preventive Maintenance program for all manufacturing equipment, including cranes, forklifts, paint lines, air compressors, and packaging equipment
- Manage calibration, lockout/tagout procedures, equipment manuals, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and equipment manufacturers
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, performing both small and large repairs
- Test equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Adjust and calibrate sensors and controls for peak efficiency
- Serve on the Safety Committee and adhere to all safety protocols
- Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
